Sales Director

This position utilizes skills from both the technical and sales skill areas. Allowing for personal growth in both the emerging cyber security industry and solution selling functions. You will support the direct sales, channel sales, and partner community, in areas of presenting, training, and onboarding of customers. You will work with customer, partner, and channel executive and sales teams to drive sales opportunities as a subject matter expert.

Responsibilities

Direct Sales and Partner Sales Support

  • Manage all aspects of the selling cycle, including but not limited to, prospecting and demand generation, managing resources during the selling process, negotiations for terms and conditions and contracts
  • Work with customer executive team as the sales lead and cyber expert
  • Present the business benefits and value of the Morphick product and services offerings
  • Effectively communicate market needs to the Morphick product management 
Manage Sales Using SalesForce
  • Maintain sales activities and actions.
  • Forecast with reasonable accuracy and communicate the status of opportunities with data supported in SalesForce  application
Effective Communications Skills
  • Utilize presentation and communication skills to deliver product presentations, bridge business needs of prospect to the benefits of utilizing the Morphick solutions and/or platform
  • Present at local marketing and user group events as deemed necessary by the management team
Manage Pipeline to Reach and Exceed Revenue Expectations
  • Present quarterly business reviews on prospective business for business planning purposes
  • Effectively communicate the needed resources, tools, and marketing support to reach and exceed quota

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of professional experience in the networking or security field
  • Familiar with cyber security concepts, practices, and procedures
Travel
  • Up to 40% travel required determined by territory and revenue opportunity.
